Our in-house Technical Support Team provides expert guidance over the phone with:
- Unlimited phone support for customers covered by warranty or service agreement
- Remote diagnostics for customers using TMS TrakStar™ software
- On call after hours support
NeuroStar® Providers are awarded a comprehensive 2 year service agreement which covers parts, labor, field service travel expenses and required upgrades.
- Customers can renew their service agreement with multiple year or multiple instrument discounts available.
- For customers choosing not to renew their services agreement, we have a flat rate charge for service visits or preventative maintenance inspections that will ensure your system always meets specifications
