NeuroStar Reimbursement Support

NeuroStar TMS Therapy® may be covered on a case-by-case basis. Patients can work with their provider and the NeuroStar Reimbursement Support (NRS) program to seek case-by-case coverage. The NRS is staffed by trained reimbursement specialists to help providers and patients with the reimbursement process. Programs through NRS are available to assist with the process of benefits investigation.  Additionally, NRS can provide general assistance with understanding the insurance coverage processes, including prior authorization and appealing a denial for NeuroStar TMS Therapy.

The NeuroStar Reimbursement Support program offers services to customers and their patients who qualify. Please contact NRS directly for more information. New therapies like NeuroStar TMS Therapy are often not included in health insurance plans when they first become available to patients. It usually takes time for health insurance plans to establish coverage policies for newly approved technologies such as NeuroStar TMS Therapy. The objective for the NeuroStar Reimbursement Support staff is to provide general assistance with the insurance process for your patients who qualify.
