Our in-house Technical Support Team provides expert guidance over the phone with:

  • Unlimited phone support for customers covered by warranty or service agreement
  • Remote diagnostics for customers using TMS TrakStar™ software
  • On call after hours support

NeuroStar® Providers receive a comprehensive 2-year service agreement that covers parts, labor, field service travel expenses, and required upgrades.

  • Customers can renew their service agreement with multiple year or multiple instrument discounts available
  • For customers choosing not to renew their services agreement, we have a flat rate charge for service visits or preventative maintenance inspections that will ensure your system always meets specifications
