Rachel Shmuts, D.O. is a seasoned psychiatrist with experience working with a variety of specialized care populations, including patients with psychiatric comorbidities and cancer, HIV, transplant candidates and survivors, and those with neurologic issues. Her clinical expertise is in the field of women’s mental health, reproductive psychiatry, and TMS. She also works in medical academia, where she is involved in major medical education curriculum reform and serves as an active Director to Rowan University’s School of Osteopathic Medicine.
