Dr. Mathew Sipple (CEO and Founder of Center for Focused Care)
Dr. Mathew Sipple has been in the mental health field for over 15 years in both inpatient and outpatient settings. He is the CEO and founder of Bay City Psychiatry, LLC and Center for Focused Care, LLC. Having started from the ground up, he has grown his private practice to extraordinary levels. His various career roles as a practicing physician in the mental health field have been, but not limited to: Dual Diagnosis Programs, Adolescence Outpatient Mental Health Programs, Nursing Homes, and the Geriatric Psychiatry Specialist on the Mental Health Inpatient Unit. He also has experience with being the practicing physician for Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) and being the director of a local ACGME Psychiatric Residency Program.
Beyond his very remarkable job history, Dr. Sipple served in the United States Navy. He was Honorably Discharged, was selected for Sailor of the Quarter, received a Good Conduct Medal, a Letter of Commendation, and Two letters of Appreciation.

Medication Management- Our fully trained, board certified psychiatric and mental health providers take a holistic approach to each person in treatment from medication management to the latest FDA treatments and evidence based treatments for mental wellness.
Esketamine- We now offer the latest FDA approved rapid acting antidepressant, Esketamine. This can also can be effective for treating depression combined with anxiety.
Neuropsychological Testing- Our neuropsychological tests are designed to measure psychological function in a clinical setting for accurate diagnosis of different conditions such as brain injuries, ADHD, autism, dementia, ruling out memory concerns, etc.
Therapy- We have highly trained therapists on staff providing supportive behavior modification, cognitive behavior therapy, trauma focused therapy, mindfulness, family and couples therapy, life coaching,and solution focus.
He currently is Board Certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Neurology and Psychiatry, has a current DEA Certification, and has taken the Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Intensive Course at the Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston, SC. He is a member of professional organizations including AOA, AMA, POMA, APA, AONP. He is also on the Erie County Mental Health/Intellectual Disabilities Board of Directors and served on NAMI of Erie County Board of Directors from August 2008 to May 2014.
