NeuroStar Reimbursement Support (NRS) offers several services to assist healthcare professionals and patients with obtaining medical coverage policies and reimbursement for NeuroStar TMS Therapy. The NRS is staffed by trained Reimbursement Specialists to assist with the reimbursement process.

A Reimbursement Specialist is available to:

  • Provide general assistance with understanding the insurance coverage process (i.e., coding, billing, the preauthorization, and appeal processes)
  • Verify the patient’s insurance benefits with the insurance company on behalf of the healthcare professional and patient.

After NeuroStar TMS Therapy has been determined to be the appropriate treatment option for the patient, take the first step of the reimbursement process. To conduct a Benefits Investigation. NRS can assist you with this step.
