Dr. Little was a Professor of Psychiatry and Neuroscience, at University of Michigan, University of North Carolina, and Baylor Medical School for nearly 30 years. His Research Laboratory was federally funded by NIDA and VA for 20 years. His expertise involved microscopic and molecular examination of post mortem brain tissue from individuals experiencing depressive and drug abuse disorders before their deaths. Dr. Little was author on more than 50 papers describing these findings. He published 5 papers that specifically described new information he discovered about the molecular anatomy of the human brain. He is a unique authority on human brain anatomy and the pathophysiology of psychiatric disorders.
