Dr. Keays graduated from Nova Southeastern University in 2004 with a dual degree as a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and with a Masters in Public Health.

Dr. Ashley Keays is a board certified family practice physician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Keays is a patient focused physician that understands how vital the physician – patient relationship is to an individual’s care. Through her years in family medicine, she found a passion for treating patients with depression & fibromyalgia. Dr. Keays chose to dedicate her practice to providing multidisciplinary, comprehensive depression & fibromyalgia care.

Mercedes Somich is the Certified Physician Assistant with Keays Medical Group. Mercedes specializes in treating fibromyalgia symptoms & helps people overcome major depression. She leads patients healing through comprehensive care & groundbreaking treatment techniques, such as TMS Therapy. Prior to joining Keays Medical Group Mercedes graduated from University of Washington’s School of Medicine with a Bachelor of Science in the field of Clinical Health Services. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Excelsior College.

Mercedes served over 5 years as a Navy Corpsman & was stationed at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. Mercedes has a passion for women’s health & helping people most in need of lifesaving care.
