Simon Kung, MDSimon Kung, M.D., works in the Mayo Clinic Depression Center. His research centers around treatment-resistant depression and quality of life in cancer patients and caregivers. He is also interested in computer applications to the clinical practice of psychiatry. Depression can be difficult to treat, resulting in great disability to patients and their families. The goal of Dr. Kung and his colleagues is to translate clinical research into clinical care to improve patients' lives.
