Dr. Ha is a board-certified psychiatrist who provides outpatient diagnostic evaluations, pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy for adults (18 years and older) Dr. Ha specializes in the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, attention deficit disorder, adjustment disorders, life transitions, and women’s mental health issues. Dr. Ha was born and raised in California. She received her Bachelors of Science in Psychology in 1994 and her medical degree in 1999 from the University of Washington, Seattle. Dr. Ha began her psychiatry residency at the University of Hawaii and completed her training at the University of Washington. Dr. Ha came to Alaska in 2002 via the WAMI program as a fourth year resident. Since 2003, Dr. Ha has practiced outpatient psychiatry at Southcentral Foundation, Providence Behavioral Medicine Group North, and Behavioral Medicine of Alaska. Dr. Ha opened Willow Medical & Wellness in September 2008, and True North TMS in September 2018.

Dr. Telford has practiced psychiatry in Alaska since 1996. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He completed his residency training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota and received his medical degree from Northeastern Ohio Medical University. His primary focus has been treating acutely ill patients and has been the medical director of the Adult Mental Health Unit at Providence Alaska Medical Center since 2000. Over the years, Dr. Telford has become increasingly aware of the limitations of antidepressants and has become interested in pursuing other methods for treating depression. He was introduced to TMS first hand in 2017 when assisting a psychiatrist colleague and was impressed by the results. He decided to collaborate with Dr. Ha at Willow Medical and together they have created True North TMS. He looks forward to offering patients suffering from depression a different option than standard psychotropic medications or psychotherapy and a better chance for recovery.
